Shipping & Delivery Policy
How and when we dispatch your order, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

Processing time
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment, on business days. You receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Transit times
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days (United Kingdom).
- International: 7–14 business days (international), depending on destination and customs.
These are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs checks can occasionally extend them.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over $55 qualify for free standard shipping. All charges are in US Dollars (USD).
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within two business days of ordering, email support@kinrossph.shop and we will look into it.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Lost parcels
If tracking stops updating or a parcel does not arrive within the expected window, contact us. We open an enquiry with the carrier and, once a parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or full refund.
Undeliverable & wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we contact you to re-send it (a re-delivery charge may apply) or to refund the items, minus the original shipping cost.
Customs & duties
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by local authorities and are not included in our prices.
