Products
Are the products branded or licensed?+
No. Everything we sell is a generic, unbranded travel-organization item. There are no film, sports, character or designer references on any product.
Do the bags come with toiletries inside?+
No. Bags and organizers are sold empty. Any bottles or items shown in photos are for scale only and are not included unless the product's contents list says so.
Are the pouches fully waterproof?+
They are water-resistant and wipe clean, designed for damp items like a flannel or swimwear. They are not sealed containers for loose liquids.
Orders & payment
What currency are prices in?+
All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD), shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
How do I pay?+
Checkout supports card payments via Stripe and payments via PayPal. Your payment details are entered on the provider's secure page and are never stored by us.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Payment is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers over an encrypted connection. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Shipping & returns
When will my order ship?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days on business days, with tracking sent by email.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — orders over $55 ship free. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?+
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days. See the Returns page for hygiene exclusions and the full process.
